“We were selling our house in NY and our realtor was from Century 21, we asked if she could recommend a Myrtle Beach realtor and she knew Adam and recommended him. Our house was on the market, but not sold, we called him and he was so friendly and helpful.. sent us listings and asking what our specific requests were and price range. We came south twice just to view different houses and found this one which we loved. When we put an offer in, they didn't negotiate price but Adam helped us negotiate other " extras" . We felt like we were his only client, felt so special. He came for the walk through helping us point out little fixable flaws. There were many texts, emails and phone calls between us. We couldn't be happier. He even stopped by to see us after we got the keys and brought a housewarming gift. “While doing a search for local realtors on realtor.com we noticed that Adam Hayes had plenty of 5 star reviews along with 3 specialist designations. He was exactly what we were looking for. Adam gave us an excellent booklet explaining the process of selling a property at our first meeting. He also hired a professional photographer which resulted in superb photos of our home displayed online. Within hours of listing our property, Adam presented us with an offer. Even though that offer did not pan out, Adam worked hard to quickly find another buyer and we were able to close within the time-frame we were hoping for. We had a few back and forth negotiations with the buyer and Adam's advice proved to be very valuable in getting our property sold within our time frame. We appreciated that Adam answered our questions very quickly. He was also willing to offer guidance during our negotiations with the buyer. Adam certainly lived up to his high ratings. “To begin, I contacted Candace Habib, who sold me this condo in 2017. She introduced me to Adam Hayes, who has found the right profession. He is fabulous at his job and actually enjoys it! Adam and I had several good, long chats, over the phone, and decided not only to sell 10k higher than was comfortable, but he needed to have a good time selling it as I was not in a rush to sell and it was a fabulous property. This is the best part, Adam got pictures donr and a video made in between checkout, cleaning and check in of a FULLY booked vacation rental. Not only that, we had a contract within 19 days, full asking, and they never stepped foot into the condo. It was based on the pictures and video...STELLAR!!! RECAP: 19 days, full asking, based only on pictures/video! FABULOUS! This is stuff great stories over an adult beverage are made!!! Adam, I love ya! Wish I had more properties to sell!”

“From day one (which was the day after Thanksgiving of 2020) Adam has been super helpful in the entire process. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the entire process, including trying to find us a loan officer that was willing to work with people having not so good credit. The fact he wasn’t willing to give up on us after multiple loan officers weren’t the best fit for us meant a lot considering we had multiple challenges along the way, not to mention we lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee and trying to buy in Myrtle Beach, SC. My partner, David, and I eventually settled on a new build and Adam was great at listening to all the issues we were having along the way through the purchasing process even though we chose to use the builders lender, which was a huge mistake but either way Adam listened even though most was out of his control. He was present for us during the 1st walk through when we couldn’t and was present during closing. Besides our closing gifts he gave the most impressive thing was he rescheduled his birthday party to help us move into our new home….. which by the way was on July 4th weekend….I do NOT know one person that would’ve done that much less a real estate agent. David and I have dealt with multiple agents, this is our 3rd house we’ve bought and we thought we’ve met the best agent ever until Adam and he is definitely tied with him….I say tied because it just is so so so hard having to make that decision to pick one over the other for sure. I will recommend Adam to anyone that I see or hear of looking for a new home in the Myrtle Beach area for sure.”
